Andy Imholte, is a second-generation auctioneer who has worked inside and outside the auction business all his life. With a degree in marketing and graphic design, his unique perspective to both industries has helped him create a unique blend of experience and knowledge valuable to auctioneers.
For over 10 years he has spoken on marketing and technology topics, helping to educate auction professionals. He has found great camaraderie and advanced education in organizations like the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and the Minnesota State Auctioneers Association (MSAA). He is a past president and two time golden gavel recipient from MSAA. He continues to share his knowledge within the auction industry as a NAA Educational Institute Trustee, speaker, writer and podcast host.
He holds his Auction Technology Specialist designation as well as his Benefit Auctioneer Specialist designation, and was a contributing author in the recently released book: “Boost Your Benefit Auction, Tons of Fundraising Tips from Pro Auctioneers.”
Graphic Designer by day and Auctioneer by night, he lives in Minnesota with his wife and two young children where he spends his free time teaching them to count...just like an auctioneer.
